Gürsan Acar (Managing Director)

Always on the lookout for new solutions for museums, tourism and companies, he has headed the company for 15 years. He applies his wealth of experience to implement innovative ideas.


Klaus Kornblum (Deputy Managing Director)

He is an all-rounder who advances the processes and structures in the company, while never losing sight of its goals.


Dr. Hans von Seggern (Consultancy | Sales)

The historian and German philologist advises our customers in Germany and abroad. He is a frequent lecturer on the topic of digital interpretation in museums.


Birgitta Thrun (Authorized Signatory)

She is responsible for our divisions of finance and advertising. She is involved in the development of the company and always keeps a watchful eye on the costs.

Philipp Hinz (Consultancy | Sales UK)

The cultural and media scientist who grew up in England is always up-to-date. He looks after our customers in the UK.


Michael Ignatzy (Project Manager)

Coordinates the processes in all project phases and communicates between sales, technology and studio. He is your contact person for all questions concerning the project process up to the successful finalisation of your project


Klaus Kowatsch (Artistic Director)

With years of experience in the production of audio plays, he is responsible for the artistic general management at tonwelt.


Stephanie Kissel (Artistic director)

Since 2007 Stephanie Kissel has been working with tonwelt on artistic project management and concept development. In addition to editing and directing audio and multimedia content for children, young people and adults, she also realises projects with a focus on audio description and simple language.


Daniel Franz (Corporate Communications)

As communication designer, he is responsible for the visual and communicative appearance of the company and accompanies the development in the field of UX/UI for tonwelt's multimedia guides.


Johannes Maibaum (Media and information technology)

Johannes Maibaum supports the tonwelt team since 2017 and is responsible for hardware and software planning. In addition, he develops new features and application solutions in cooperation with the team and is responsible for technical installation and support.


Thorsten Krenz (Process Manager)

The trained business administrator supports the management in the areas of sales, purchasing and project management.


Nemanja Petkovic (Service Dept.)

The trained systems technician is the technical go-to person for our customers in matters of service, repairs and maintenance.
