The National Gallery in Budapest

90,000 visitors were enthralled by the “Earthly Paradises” in Augsburg’s Schaezler Palais. Following that great success, the exhibition featuring masterpieces from the Kasser Art Foundation is now being shown in the Hungarian National Gallery (Magyar Nemzeti Galéria) in Budapest.

It’s accompanied – as it was in Augsburg – by audioguides from tonwelt, this time in Hungarian as well. This is a premiere for the museum in Buda Palace, which is offering visitors an audioguide for the first time. Many great artists, including Picasso, Monet, Renoir, Matisse, Rodin and Chagall as well as Henry Moore, Marino Marini and Jackson Pollock shared a longing for a paradise on earth and a happy, peaceful world. tonwelt takes you on a dreamlike route through Arcadian landscapes and celestial spheres.

By the way: you can also find us in Budapest in the Museum of Applied Arts (Iparművészeti Múzeum), in the Music History Museum, the Liszt Museum (Liszt Ferenc Emlékmúzeum) and soon in the Museum of Transport (Közlekedési Múzeum). tonwelt’s success on the Hungarian market is also due to the commitment of our distribution partner Nova Store (www.novastore.hu): nagyon köszönöm!
